About the Project

A community-service platform for heritage learning

Bukhara AI Story Generator transforms local history into accessible storytelling experiences for schools, families, and visitors.

What this platform is

This web app is a mobile-first storytelling experience focused on Bukhara's landmarks, legends, scholars, and Silk Road themes. It uses realistic placeholder outputs to demonstrate how AI-assisted learning can feel in a classroom context.

While this prototype begins with Bukhara, the architecture and categories are designed to expand across the whole of Uzbekistan with regional stories and topics.

Why Bukhara heritage matters

Bukhara is one of Central Asia's great historical centers, known for scholarship, architecture, trade, and living traditions. Helping students engage with this heritage builds identity, respect, and curiosity.

Storytelling makes complex history easier to remember and discuss, especially for young learners who benefit from narrative context.

How AI can support education and storytelling

AI tools can adapt tone, reading level, and themes to different audiences. In school settings, this helps teachers prepare tailored material faster while keeping lessons culturally grounded.

This project is built as a respectful educational assistant - not a replacement for historians or teachers.

Community-service purpose

The platform supports student-led heritage outreach by making local culture engaging for classmates, families, and visitors. It is designed for presentations, competitions, and cultural awareness activities.
